We built this firm on one belief: people in tax trouble deserve help without being made to feel small about it.
By the time most people call us, they've been carrying it a while. The unopened envelopes in a drawer. The interest compounding quietly. The 2am arithmetic that never comes out right. Somewhere along the way a lot of them started to believe the balance said something about who they are.
It doesn't. A hard year, a business that stumbled, a medical crisis, a divorce, a return that never got filed because the year it was due was the worst year of someone's life — these happen constantly, to careful and hardworking people. The tax code doesn't much care about the story, but it does have doors in it, and most people don't know which ones apply to them.
Our job isn't to lecture you about how you got here. It's to stand between you and the agencies, find out exactly where things stand, tell you the truth about your options, and then do the work.
