When you submit the consultation form we collect the name, email address, phone number, and case details you choose to provide. Our web host records standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help, and communicate with you about your matter. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Confidentiality
Information you share is treated as confidential from the first contact, whether or not you become a client. Submitting the form does not by itself create a professional relationship or any privilege — that begins when you engage us in writing.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and to meet professional and legal recordkeeping obligations. Client files are retained under the firm's records policy.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted through this site, subject to any recordkeeping obligations that apply. Use the contact details on our contact page.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive documents such as tax returns or identity numbers through the website form — we'll arrange a secure method.
